We want this to be a 100% worry-free experience. When you start a project with Improveit, we make it a point to keep you updated every step of the way. After your initial consultation, we’ll help you finalize your financing plan and then get your measuring appointment scheduled.
Then, your custom-made materials will be ordered by our purchasing team. As soon as they come in, you’ll get a call to schedule your installation.
At any time, you can reach out to your Customer Care Rep with questions or concerns. Our Owner is passionate about customer service and is also available to all of our customers via his direct phone number.
After your new bath or windows are installed, we’ll reach out to make sure everything is exactly how you envisioned. We don’t get paid until you’re 100% satisfied.
