The installers were a father/ son team They were punctual, courteous, and did a great job installing my windows. I am completely satisfied with the work and the product. Now I have decided to replace my entrance door and my sliding door for the patio. Of course I called Improveit for the job. I also requested the same installers. This is a great company with excellent products. I highly recommend this company.

The installation was delayed 6 days by Improveit however the installers were very professional and polite. The main installer was very experienced in window installations and took great pride in his work. He was training another young man who also was very polite and insured he completed the work to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the way the finished work turned out.

UPDATE: One of the owners, Seth called and personally apologized for the experience that we had with both companies. It is rare, in my experience to have anyone call you when you are annoyed by quote meetings. He assured me that this is not the way they conduct business. I believe him and greatly appreciated that he took the time to call. He explained that the initial sales associate was new and made a pricing error for the project and the price of the fixtures. He agreed that the comment made by HomeStar associate was uncalled for despite the fact that the associate was having problems with COVID in his home. We already knew because the associate told us. Still, it was nice of him to explain the associate’s behavior so we would understand that he was in a particularly stressful situation due to the pandemic. I appreciate that Seth took the time to listen to me and understand why I left the review that I did. More companies should reach out to dissatisfied potential clients. Based on this call, I would be willing to give them a try the next time I have a project. INITIAL REVIEW: Be leery of the constantly changing price! They spend 90 minutes talking about nothing. But they are obviously sizing you up before they give you the price. To replace a 5 foot tile shower with an acrylic surround, pan, fixtures and glass door, they wanted $16K. When we said we couldn’t afford it, the price suddenly dropped to $14K. We wanted to use our own fixtures so that took $2K off the the quote--$2000 for Moen fixtures that cost $185 at Lowes. Final price $12K. We declined. The next day, they called and said their sister company (HomeStar) could lower the price. We had call with them—$8900 for a white on white acrylic shower with no fixtures. We said, no thanks. He was incredibly rude throughout the call stating among other things, “I guess my first question should have been what CAN you afford?!” In the end, we had our shower and floor tiled with marble for $4000. A couple of extra charges for materials, a plumber and shower door and it was $7000 all in.
